We specialize in Digital Payments operating as Technology Service Provider to Regulated entities and providing Payment Platform to Industry – empowered by payment processing engine, Financial Super app, Risk Intelligence engine and digital merchant solution.
While we drive 3% of global digital transaction volume for over 100+ clients, we aim to increase our market share by 5X in next five years through innovation and industry first initiatives.
What will you do
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and expanding solutioning functions to support growth across both domestic and global markets. Acting as a senior technical advisor, you will work closely with clients, sales, product, and engineering teams to craft tailored, scalable solutions that align with our digital payments vision. Your role will be central in driving pre-sales engagement, technical leadership, and successful solution delivery for high-impact opportunities.
Job Responsibilities :
- Act as the primary solution architect during pre-sales discussions, client workshops, and strategic presentations.
- Collaborate with clients to understand business needs, pain points, and market goals—translating them into product-aligned technical solutions.
- Design and deliver tailored solutions across the full lifecycle—from ideation through deployment and post-go-live optimization.
- Support the business development and sales teams in domestic and international markets with technical feasibility, documentation, and proposal support.
- Align cross-functional teams—engineering, product, QA, and compliance—on implementation plans and delivery timelines.
- Continuously monitor market trends in payments and fintech to inform strategic solution design.
- Build reusable frameworks and solution accelerators to drive efficiency and faster time-to-market.
- Ensure adherence to security, regulatory, and scalability best practices in all solution architectures.
- Serve as a mentor to mid-level solution managers and foster a high-performing, customer-focused culture.
What are we looking for :
Strong understanding of payment lifecycle and technologies—UPI, IMPS, NEFT, AEPS, card networks, and digital onboarding flows.Exposure to both domestic and international fintech ecosystems and client landscapes.Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.Strong analytical skills and the ability to craft flexible, scalable, and future-ready solutions.Hands-on experience in solution architecture, customer engagement, and delivery oversight.Proven experience in collaborating with sales and driving pre-sales efforts at a leadership level.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a strong customer orientation.Entrepreneurial skills, ability to observe, innovate, and own your workDetail-oriented and organized with strong time management skillsInfluencing skills and the ability to create positive working relationships with team members at all levelsCollaborative approach and work with perfection as a group effort to achieve organizational goalsEducation Qualification- Bachelor's degree in engineering / technology or related field (MBA preferred)
Experience - 12+ years in fintech, banking technology, or enterprise payment solutioning
Industry –Product / IT / Software / BFSI / Banking / Fintech
Work arrangement – 5 days from the office.
Location – Mumbai, Thane (Wagle Estate)
