Senior Accountant (Samskara Resorts)

Salary : 30-60k / Month (depending on the candidate)

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior Accountant based in Jaipur. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for preparing and maintaining financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and managing tax filings. Day-to-day tasks include financial analysis, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, creating budgets, and preparing periodic financial reports. The role also involves supervising junior accounting staff and collaborating with other departments to ensure financial accuracy.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Accounting, Financial Analysis, and Budgeting
• Experience in Tax Filings, Auditing, and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Proficiency with Accounting Software and Tools, including familiarity with ERP systems
• Experience in Supervising and mentoring accounting staff
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and organizational abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or similar certification is a plus)
• Work experience in the hospitality or wellness industry is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
