Job Description
- Configure and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, and Content Builder.
- Design and build multi-channel customer journeys, ensuring seamless experiences across email, SMS, push notifications, and other channels.
- Optimize SFMC performance, ensuring scalability, reliability, and adherence to best practices.
Journey Building & Campaign Execution :
- Create and execute personalized marketing campaigns using SFMC, leveraging customer data for segmentation, targeting, and dynamic content.
- Develop automation workflows for lifecycle marketing, including onboarding, retention, and re-engagement journeys.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve effectiveness.
Integration & Data Management :
- Work on integrations and provide technical solutions between SFMC and other systems, such as E-commerce platform, data warehouses, analytics platforms, and third-party tools via APIs or middleware.
- Ensure proper data flow and synchronization between SFMC and connected systems.
- Manage and optimize data models, ensuring data quality and compliance with governance standards.
The Successful Applicant
- Configure SFMC features such as triggered sends, dynamic content, AMPscript, and SQL queries for data manipulation.
- Troubleshoot issues within SFMC and provide technical support to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure proper configuration and security of integrations.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management :
- Partner with CRM product teams and business teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within SFMC.
- Act as the subject matter expert for SFMC, providing training and guidance to internal teams.
- Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
