Role Summary :

The individual will be responsible for converting business inputs into meaningful financial insights and models by leveraging strong expertise in FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making. The person will also play a key role in supporting the GCC during the transition and migration of finance processes, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer and operational efficiency.

Requirements : Experience :

• 10+ years in Finance / Business Analysis

Mandatory GCC exposure, Big 4 or similar consulting experience preferred

Strong FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis

Strong verbal / written communication

Strong PowerPoint story-boarding and executive-level presentations

Understanding of GCC cost structures, business cases, savings modelling, and risk / impact identification.

Likeable, collaborative, detail-oriented, strong ownership, and comfortable working in ambiguity.
