Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Agra for a Sales and Marketing Staff position. The Sales and Marketing Staff will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's agricultural products, providing excellent customer service, and developing effective sales strategies. Day-to-day tasks include interacting with farmers and distributors, conducting market research, organizing training sessions, and collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets. The role also involves maintaining relationships with existing clients and identifying potential new markets.
