Job descriptionPh.D. in any discipline (mandatory). Minimum 10 years of overall experience, including 5+ years as IQAC Coordinator / Director IQAC in a Private University. Direct involvement in at least two NAAC visits as Coordinator in a Private University. Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills. Strong leadership, people management, and team-building skills. Thorough knowledge of UGC / BCI / PCI / INC rules and regulatory frameworks. Proven expertise in quality systems, audits, and accreditation processes in a University. Strong documentation, data analysis, and compliance reporting skills. Ability to build collaborative networks across faculty, staff, and external stakeholders. Proficiency in NAAC / NIRF portals, MIS systems, and quality monitoring tools. About the Role : -
Brainware University is seeking an experienced academic administrator to head its Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) and drive the NAAC accreditation process. This is a senior leadership role for someone who has hands-on experience in steering NAAC visits and embedding a culture of quality in higher education at a university level.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs) :
- Lead and manage the NAAC accreditation cycle (SSR, AQAR, DVV, compliance, peer team visits).
- Establish, strengthen, and monitor IQAC frameworks in line with UGC / NAAC guidelines.
- Implement and track quality benchmarks in academic, research, and administrative activities.
- Conduct internal quality audits, faculty / staff development programs, and student feedback mechanisms.
- Oversee documentation, data management, and regulatory compliance reporting.
- Work closely with Deans, HoDs, and senior administrators to embed a quality culture across the University.
