Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Manage the HR budget and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Provide support to management on HR-related issues and foster a culture of open communication.
- Monitor and report on workforce and HR metrics to identify trends and develop action plans.
- Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3-7 years of proven experience as an HR Manager or relevant role.In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.Experience with HR software and databases.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Education
