Your Responsibilities :
- Overall Site Operations & Control : Take responsibility for the operations and control of the entire site to meet targeted production, quality levels, and cost at each production stage, while maintaining optimal operational efficiency.
- Quality & Regulatory Compliance : Ensure adherence to Minimum Quality Standards / HPR as per Reckitt Global Quality Standards and guarantee compliance with regulatory standards such as MHRA / SAPHRA / FDA / TGA.
- Industrial Relations : Maintain healthy industrial relations with unions and external associates.
- Project Support : Provide technical backup to the team for ongoing projects.
- Procedure Review & Approval : Review and approve procedures and instructions related to production operations and ensure their strict implementation.
- Production Record Management : Ensure production records are evaluated and signed by authorized personnel before submission to the Quality Assurance department.
- Production Plan Adherence : Ensure day-wise production aligns with the monthly plan.
- Issue Resolution : Resolve quality, manpower, and machine-related issues through collaboration with relevant departments and personnel.
- Engineering Liaison : Liaise with and support the Engineering department regarding preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Reporting : Prepare weekly dashboard reports and provide inputs for monthly Management Information Systems (MIS).
- Production Planning & Procurement : Ensure efficient production planning and the timely procurement of Raw Materials, Packing Materials, and Consumables to achieve desired service levels and meet agreed specifications.
- Human Resource Development : Enhance the value of human resources within company policies and programs and develop them to meet organizational needs.
- Deviation & Non-Conformance Management : Review investigations, deviations, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), change controls, non-compliances, product recalls, and Out-of-Specification (OOS) results as appropriate.
- Labor & Legal Compliance : Maintain good industrial relations and ensure compliance with all labor enactments, the Factories Act, and other applicable legislation.
- Emergency Preparedness : Maintain constant readiness for any emergency situation.
- Regulatory Audit Success : Ensure all regulatory audits are passed successfully with minimal or zero Non-Conformances (NCs).
- Inter-departmental Liaison : Liaise with other departments for smooth functioning and to optimize daily production activities.
- Training Coordination : Ensure the completion of training as per the training calendar in coordination with the HR department.
- Performance Development Review (PDR) : Ensure the completion of the PDR process for self and subordinates within the targeted timeframe.
- Audit Point Closure & Prevention : Ensure all audit points are closed as per the agreed schedule, with continuous efforts in place to prevent potential Non-Conformances.
- Investigation & CAPA : Investigate process deviations, Non-Compliances, Market Complaints, product failures, product recalls, and Out-of-Specification results; develop and implement CAPA effectively.
