About the Role :
The Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle—from understanding hiring needs to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent. This role plays a critical part in building a strong and diverse workforce that aligns with the company's culture and business goals.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles across departments.
Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define job requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and internal databases .
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
Maintain and update recruitment dashboards and reports regularly.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Participate in employer branding, campus recruitment, and hiring drives .
Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment regulations.
Collaborate with HR teams for offer management and onboarding .
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration , or related field (MBA in HR preferred).
1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (for executive level).
Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and recruitment tools .
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
