We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Oracle Middleware Developer to join our Middleware Operations team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Fusion Middleware, SOA Suite, OSB, WebLogic, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
This role involves managing and supporting 24 / 7 Middleware operations, ensuring high availability, stability, and performance of enterprise integration environments.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the Middleware infrastructure, handling incidents, improving operational efficiency through automation, and collaborating with cross-functional technology teams to support business-critical integrations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and support day-to-day Middleware infrastructure operations to ensure high availability and performance.
- Provide 24 / 7 operational support for Oracle Middleware environments hosted on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve system-level issues in SOA, OSB, and WebLogic environments.
- Coordinate technology deployments and delivery schedules to align with business priorities.
- Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and database teams for end-to-end integration management.
- Develop and implement automation solutions to streamline monitoring, deployment, and maintenance processes.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance Middleware efficiency and reliability.
- Provide cross-functional training and share knowledge within the Middleware team.
- Engage with business partners and vendors to plan and implement Middleware strategies.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards, operational procedures, and IT security policies.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Middleware technologies, including SOA Suite, OSB, and WebLogic.At least 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).Proven experience in managing Middleware infrastructure and operations in enterprise environments.Strong understanding of technology operations, business processes, and integration frameworks.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.High focus on service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.Preferred Qualifications :
