Job description

Job Title : Security Analyst – Identity & Access Management (IAM) | 2+ Years | Bangalore (WFO)

Location : Bangalore – Work From Office

Contract Type : 1 Year (Extendable)

Work Mode : Full-Time, 5 Days Onsite

Shift : Rotational (Morning / Afternoon / Night)

Interview Mode : Face-to-Face (Single Round)

Notice Period : Immediate to 15 Days

Employment Gap : Not beyond 3 months

Role Overview

Responsible for provisioning, de-provisioning, analyzing, and maintaining system access across multiple applications and platforms in line with IAM policies and procedures.

Mandatory Skills (With Expected Experience)

  • Identity & Access Management (IAM) – 2+ years
  • Active Directory (AD) – 2+ years
  • ServiceNow (Ticket Management) – 1.5–2 years
  • MS Excel (Reporting / Reconciliation) – 1–2 years
  • Microsoft Outlook (Workflow Communication) – 1+ year
  • User Access Provisioning / De-Provisioning – 2+ years
  • Access Certification & Reconciliation – 1–2 years

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • IBM Mainframe Access Handling
  • ACF2 (Rules Writing / Modification)
  • CICS / XACT / IMS / Web Applications
  • Advanced Active Directory Management
  • ServiceNow – Change Request Handling

    • Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Mandatory)
