We are seeking a highly customer-focused individual for the Customer Support (Chat) role at KVC Consultants Ltd. In this position, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service in a friendly and courteous manner through chat, promptly addressing inquiries, and ensuring immediate resolution of customer concerns.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide splendid customer services to customers in a friendly and courteous manner at all times via chat.
- Adhere strictly to quality and compliance guidelines in all interactions.
- Demonstrate the ability to make quick decisions and respond to customer inquiries promptly, ensuring all concerns are resolved immediately.
- Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining high service quality.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and service procedures to provide accurate information.
Skills Requirement :
Strong written communication skills, including excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation, for effective chat interactions.Strong interpersonal and listening skills.Must possess excellent verbal communication skills (for internal communication and training purposes, though primary external communication is chat).Proven customer service background.Ability to take quick decisions and respond promptly to customer inquiries.Problem-solving skills to address customer issues effectively and efficiently.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.QUALIFICATION :
