Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Recruitment Professional to lead our full-cycle recruitment process. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent, managing the entire hiring lifecycle, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop strategic recruitment plans that meet business objectives.
- Maintain accurate records and provide data-driven insights to inform recruitment decisions and optimize processes.
- Develop and implement scalable recruitment solutions that drive efficiency and quality in hiring.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have :
A minimum of 5-8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in product organizations or high-growth tech environments.An MBA or postgraduate degree is required.Proven expertise in recruiting for Sales roles and working closely with Sales teams.A strong track record of coaching hiring managers and developing strategic recruitment plans.Passion for technology and digital innovation.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Research experience and a proven ability to deliver results within tight deadlines.Strong Talent Sourcing experience across geographies.Able to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.What We Offer
