Major roles and responsibilities :

Conduct

outreach to potential B2B clients

via emails and calls to schedule virtual meetings.

Maintain

real-time updates in our CRM system

for all client interactions.

Handle inbound inquiries from platforms like Alibaba, IndiaMART, and ExportersIndia,

ensuring quick response times.

Support the team with

pre-sales activities to qualify leads effectively

Conduct

market research to identify high-potential regions and prospects in the US & EU.

Draft

professional and eye-catching outreach content

, including emails and call scripts.

Use AI tools for research and market analysis

to support decision-making and insights.

Skills & Qualifications :

Graduate / Post graduate in business, engineering or equivalent stream.

Past experience in sales, pre-sales, CRM and customer handling.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Detail-oriented with strong research and analytical abilities.

Ability to craft engaging emails and confidently conduct client calls.

Proactive, self-driven, and eager to learn and grow.

Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus (training will be provided).

Familiarity with AI tools
