Job description

1. Content Development & Instructional Design

  • Design and develop engaging, practical, and learner-centric training content
  • Customize training material to meet the specific needs of target audiences (warehouse and backend)
  • Continuously update content to ensure relevance, alignment with business goals, and industry best practices

2. Training Delivery

  • Facilitate classroom and virtual training sessions on soft skills such as communication, teamwork, leadership, emotional intelligence, time management, etc.
  • Use adult learning principles and interactive methodologies to ensure high engagement and knowledge retention
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and follow-up
  • 3. Training Needs Identification (TNI)

  • Partner with business stakeholders and HR to assess training needs across departments and roles
  • Conduct surveys, interviews, focus groups, and performance data analysis to identify skill gaps
  • Recommend appropriate learning interventions to address identified needs
  • 4. Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track participation, feedback, and training outcomes through reports and dashboards
  • Measure ROI of learning programs and suggest improvements
  • Maintain records of training sessions, materials, and evaluations porting
