Job descriptionSupport equity fund-raising initiatives by coordinating with internal teams, investment bankers, legal advisors, and external stakeholders. Build and manage long-term relationships with investment bankers, institutional investors, and other financial partners. Develop detailed financial models to support valuations, strategic initiatives, and fundraising discussions. Oversee financial analysis and support commercial negotiations with potential investors, partners, or acquirers. Conduct in-depth industry and competitor research, identify emerging trends, and benchmark performance to highlight opportunities and risks. Prepare strategic dashboards, board reports, and business review documents for senior leadership. Identify key business drivers and support the implementation of strategic initiatives. Coordinate financial, legal, and operational due diligence activities with relevant internal and external parties. Contribute to structuring M&A, partnerships, and joint venture deals, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements. MBA, CA, CFA, or equivalent degree with a strong academic track record. 1–4 years of experience in corporate strategy, investment banking, private equity, or NBFC financial strategy roles. Financial Expertise : Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills. Communication & Presentation : Excellent ability to create and deliver high-impact presentations to investors and stakeholders. Fund-Raising Experience : Proven exposure to investor relations, deal structuring, or fundraising in a financial services context. Strategic Thinking : Strong commercial acumen and ability to align financial strategy with business growth objectives. Stakeholder Management : Ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders under tight timelines. Attention to Detail : High level of accuracy and a proactive problem-solving approach.
