What will you do
- Be ultimately accountable for demand being fulfilled at a client
- Oversee the full-cycle recruiting process; setting policies and processes for different parts of the process, measuring KPIs for each part of the process, understanding market competitiveness and coordinating recruiter communication, developing sales skills, leading the interview process to ensure a strong positive candidate experience, and providing interview and feedback training
- Develop processes for forecasting demand, by skill, to be planned for the medium term, and creating fulfillment plans for the short term
- Lead sourcing strategies through a variety of sourcing channels including the use of social media with an emphasis on passive candidate attraction and maximizing the benefits of recruiting tools
- Develop a process to ensure that a pipeline for candidates is always available for each service line and institutionalize the principle of “ABC” – Always Be Closing for candidates – in the entire talent organization. Directly participate in institutional planning providing broad mentorship and coordination to various teams as designated by the SVP
- Manage, leverage and challenge existing recruiting strategies, methods, and systems to generate a proactive and efficient approach to sourcing, assessing and on-boarding qualified talent
- Collaborate with leadership to define the organization's long-term talent acquisition mission and goals; identify innovative and creative ways to support this mission through talent management
- Maintain knowledge of laws, regulations, and best practices in employment law, immigration law, and talent management
You’ll need to have :
At least eight years of Talent Acquisition experience required, with 5+ years of leadership experience, specifically leading and developing recruiting operations in high pressure and growth-oriented companiesIn-depth knowledge about local and international Talent Acquisition Processes (sourcing, talent acquisition, schedule coordination, ATS, full time versus C2C hiring, general employment legislation,Knowledge of and experience with varied TA information systemsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills, along with an ability to respect candidate and organizational confidentiality and demonstrate discretionStrong emotional intelligence and passion for building relationships across all levels of an organizationStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsApply if you think we're a good match.
