Position Overview
We are seeking
energetic and results-driven Business Development Associates
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing services and a passion for client acquisition and relationship management. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and aligning their needs with our digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate qualified B2B leads through cold calling, networking, online research, and digital channels.
Conduct client meetings and presentations to convert leads into long-term partnerships.
Understand client marketing goals and recommend suitable digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, SMM, Content Marketing, etc.).
Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients to drive retention and referrals.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and digital marketing innovations.
Work closely with digital marketing and creative teams to ensure seamless onboarding and project delivery.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversion data using CRM and internal tracking tools.
