Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Mentor (Trainer) located in Bengaluru. The Technical Mentor will be responsible for developing and delivering technical training programs, mentoring students, and evaluating their progress. The role involves creating curriculum content, conducting workshops, and providing one-on-one support to students to ensure their successful placement in top tech companies.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and delivering technical training programs
• Strong knowledge of relevant technical domains and technologies
• Mentoring and coaching skills
• Ability to create curriculum content and conduct workshops
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the tech industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
