Job description

Key Responsibilities :

Training Delivery & Coordination :

  • Manage and conduct SAP training sessions for students and professionals (online and offline).
  • Structure course modules, schedules, and training plans to ensure effective delivery.
  • Oversee student registrations and training logistics for smooth session execution.
  • Lead training sessions and mentor junior trainers as required.

Content Development & Validation :

  • Prepare and validate all technical training materials before session commencement.
  • Collaborate with the content team to co-create high-quality e-learning content and digital training modules.
  • Ensure content aligns with learning objectives, industry standards, and student expectations.
  • Design creative evaluation tools and student assessments.

    • Student Engagement & Support :

  • Interact with students to understand their learning needs and challenges.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure course offerings meet learner requirements.
  • Provide academic and technical support during and after training.

    • Outreach & Learning Advancement :

  • Assist in organizing and participating in college visits and seminars for promotional activities.
  • Attend relevant workshops and training programs to stay updated with the latest SAP tools and ERP systems.
  • Contribute to special projects and organizational growth initiatives as needed.

    Sap Erp, Sap Fico, Sap Mm, Sap Sd, Training Delivery, Curriculum Development, User Support
