Job Responsibilities
- Evangelize Employer Branding and increase the Organization Effectiveness for SUD Life.
- Develop and Administer Social Media strategies on LinkedIn, Ambition Box, Glassdoor, etc., to strengthen SUD Life brand as an “Employer of Choice” in the BFSI sector in India.
- Execute events, Video Shoots to strengthen the unique Employee Value Proposition (EVP) of SUD Life.
- Campaign Planning & develop marketing collaterals across various channels, including emailers, social media banners, website copy, blogs, and articles.
- Support the complete recruitment cycle - from proactive sourcing and engaging candidate interactions to seamless onboarding - ensuring alignment with business needs and a positive candidate experience.
