Sr. Team Member - TA & Employer Branding

Job Responsibilities

Evangelize Employer Branding and increase the Organization Effectiveness for SUD Life.

Develop and Administer Social Media strategies on LinkedIn, Ambition Box, Glassdoor, etc., to strengthen SUD Life brand as an “Employer of Choice” in the BFSI sector in India.

Execute events, Video Shoots to strengthen the unique Employee Value Proposition (EVP) of SUD Life.

Campaign Planning & develop marketing collaterals across various channels, including emailers, social media banners, website copy, blogs, and articles.

Support the complete recruitment cycle - from proactive sourcing and engaging candidate interactions to seamless onboarding - ensuring alignment with business needs and a positive candidate experience.

What We’re Looking For

MBA in a must.

Strong conversational and interpersonal skills.

Highly action-oriented with excellent follow-up skills.

A go-getter attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

2-5 years of prior experience in Employer Branding.
