We are now excited to invite applications for the role of Manager – Account Management with our awesome team in Bangalore.

Role / Profile :

  • Good understanding of Digital media (Performance, Display, SEO & social media) & Offline media.
  • Ensuring seamless deliveries to client’s requirements by collaborating with the internal verticals.
  • Execution of campaigns from collation of presentation, plan submission, raising estimate, issue of PO’s, raising timely invoice and collection of payments.

Skills Required :

  • . Brief Intake & Internal Alignment
  • Understand the client brief.
  • Debrief internal teams to align objectives, timelines, and responsibilities
  • 2. Planning & Proposal Development

  • Coordinate with internal teams to build a comprehensive solution
  • Contribute to pitch decks in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • 3. Client Presentation & Approvals

  • Present the plan to the client for feedback and alignment
  • Raise estimates and secure client approvals
  • Invoice the campaign post-execution
  • 4. Client & Partner Onboarding

  • Onboard new clients or partners from scratch, ensuring all initial documentation and setup are completed
  • Review and share contracts, SoWs, and agreements with legal and finance for sign-off
  • 5. Execution & Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and quality campaign delivery for digital display.
  • 6. Reporting & Reviews

  • Collate inputs from teams for Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Business Reviews (MBRs, QBRs, ABRs)
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting to clients and leadership
  • Education : Graduate / PG / MBA

    Experience :

  • 4-6 years experience and passionate about career.
  • Worked with multiple clients managing the accounts.
