Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities.
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
- Support the execution of performance management, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist in drafting and updating HR policies, circulars, and institutional communications.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, Gratuity, and Labour Laws.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and faculty / staff requirements.
- Participate in HR audits, NAAC documentation, and institutional accreditation processes.
- Promote a positive and collaborative workplace culture aligned with institutional values.
Educational Qualification
Mandatory : Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, MBA (HR), or equivalent.Preferred : Additional certification or coursework in Labour Law, Payroll Management, or Compliance.Experience
2–5 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in an educational institution or service industry.Experience in Outcome-Based Education (OBE) processes and NAAC documentation will be an added advantage.Skills & Attributes
