Position Summary
As the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment strategy, operations, and team management to attract, engage, and hire top talent in alignment with the company's growth trajectory and culture. You will be a strategic partner to the leadership team, ensuring that the organization builds a sustainable talent pipeline for current and future needs.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Leadership
- Design and implement a scalable talent acquisition strategy aligned with the organization’s short- and long-term goals.
- Source and hire the right talent for the organization ensuring end to end recruitment cycle.
- Partner with department heads and leadership to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing recruitment team.
- Should be well versed with the campus hiring process.
- Provide training, goal setting, and performance reviews to recruiters and coordinators.
- Regularly present hiring metrics and insights to management.
Sourcing & Talent Pipeline
Develop proactive sourcing strategies including employee referrals, campus hiring, diversity hiring, and talent communities based on the organization need.Establish partnerships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and consultants as needed.Ensure a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical and hard-to-fill roles.Operational Management
Oversee and optimize recruitment processes including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.Drive the use of data and analytics in hiring decisions and recruitment performance.Implement and manage ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and recruitment tools effectively.Job Requirements and Qualifications
Education :
Bachelor’s / master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related fieldExperience in direct sourcing and hiring through various sourcing tools, preferably in high-growth or mid-size organization environments.Exposure to campus hiring, lateral hiring, and diversity hiring strategiesExperience :
6-8 years in talent acquisition role
