QA Automation Specialist (Selenium, Python and RobotFramework)2 years of Experience

Job Title : Automation Specialist (Selenium, Python & Robot Framework) Location : Marathahalli, Bangalore (Onsite) Job Type : Full-Time Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced Automation Specialist with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Selenium, Python, and Robot Framework . The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining automation frameworks for web applications, along with experience in CI / CD integration. This role also requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with clients and stakeholders in a professional manner. Key Responsibilities : Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Python, and Robot Framework .Build and enhance robust automation frameworks and reusable components.Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, product teams, and clients to define automation requirements.Execute automated test cases, analyze results, and report defects.Integrate automation testing with CI / CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).Maintain test environments and troubleshoot automation failures.Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates, clarifications, and technical insights.Document automation processes, test strategies, and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications : 2+ years of professional experience in automation testing with Selenium WebDriver, Python, and Robot Framework .Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and scripting principles.Hands-on experience building automation frameworks and libraries in Robot Framework .Experience with CI / CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI / CD, or Azure DevOps.Proficiency with version control systems (Git, SVN).Knowledge of API testing (Postman, REST Assured) is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven client-facing experience. Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications : Experience with cloud-based testing platforms (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs).Knowledge of performance and security testing methodologies.Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies. Education & Experience : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in automation testing. Compensation & Work Schedule : Package : ₹4 – 7 LPA (Based on Experience & Skills). Work Schedule : Monday to Saturday, 10 : 30 AM – 7 : 30 PM (Alternative Saturdays Working).
