Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Purba Medinipur. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operational activities, ensuring efficient workflows, and managing supply chain logistics. Responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, implementing process improvements, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring compliance with company standards. The role requires leadership skills to manage staff, budget oversight, and the ability to drive operational excellence.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
• Experience in the beauty or skincare industry is a plus
