Center Head Guwahati

The Center Head will be responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of our training and placement projects. This role will involve mobilization and counseling of candidates, tele-counseling outreach, branding activities, training operations, placement drives, documentation, post-placement support, and hostel administration. This position requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Detailed description follows :

1) Mobilization & Counseling :

• Lead and supervise the mobilization and counseling team, ensuring effective candidate outreach and engagement.
• Develop and implement mobilization strategies to attract and enroll suitable candidates for training programs.
• Conduct counseling sessions to guide candidates on program selection, eligibility criteria, and career opportunities.
