Key Responsibilities :

• Gather and analyze business requirements to design seamless and efficient user experiences.
• Conduct user interviews and research to understand user needs and pain points.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define UX goals and product functionality.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and mockups using tools such as Figma.
• Ensure responsive UX design that works across devices and screen sizes.
• Work closely with developers to communicate design specifications effectively.
• Understand and work with low-code platforms to guide feasible implementations.
• Apply Agile practices to ensure iterative delivery of UX enhancements.
• Maintain a basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to bridge communication with the development team.
• Required Skills : Strong background in business analysis and UX design
• Experience in user research, interviews, and usability testing
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD)
• Understanding of low-code platforms and how UX translates within them
• Familiarity with responsive web design principles
• Good communication skills with a basic awareness of front-end technologies (HTML / CSS / JS)
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
