Job Role : Creative AI & Video Production Specialist

Role Overview

We are looking for a Creative AI & Video Production Specialist who can combine the power of AI tools with creative thinking to design and deliver high-quality visuals, animations, and videos. The role requires hands-on expertise in AI image / video generation, video editing, voice synchronization, and script refinement . The candidate should be innovative, adaptable, and eager to explore new AI platforms while ensuring cost-effective solutions.

This is a long-term, on-site role with opportunities to learn, experiment, and grow within a creative production environment.

Key Responsibilities

AI Content Creation

Generate AI-based images and videos (2D & 3D animation and more).
Write accurate and optimized prompts for AI tools.

Video Editing & Post-Production

Edit AI-generated content and live-action videos into polished outputs (long and short form).

Perform voice synchronization and integrate AI-generated voiceovers .

Creative Development

Refine and adapt scripts using AI tools.

Contribute creative ideas and visual concepts during project planning.

Research & Optimization

Explore and test new AI platforms for animation, video, and voice applications.

Identify the most suitable and cost-effective tools for different projects.

Continuously optimize workflow for better efficiency and output quality.

Key Skills Required

Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).

Knowledge of AI-based design and video platforms (e.g., Runway, Pika, Stable Diffusion, MidJourney, ElevenLabs, DID, Kaiber, etc.).

Strong visual sense, storytelling ability, and creative expression .

Excellent communication skills to express creative ideas clearly.

Problem-solving mindset, with patience and the ability to work under deadlines.

Curiosity and willingness to experiment with new tools and workflows.

Minimum Qualification : Graduation in any discipline; Preferred : Diploma / Degree / Masters in Video Production, Animation (2D / 3D), Multimedia & Visual Communication, Film & Video Editing, Media Arts, or related creative fields.

Work Experience

0 to 4 years of experience.
