Key Responsibilities
Edit and produce
high-quality, engaging videos
for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
Create
short-form reels, ad campaigns, testimonials, workout videos, event highlights, and promotional films .
Collaborate with the marketing, content, and design teams to align videos with
brand tone and campaigns .
Add
music, voiceovers, captions, graphics, transitions, and effects
to make videos stand out.
Stay updated with the latest
video editing trends, social media formats, and viral content styles.
Manage and organize raw footage, maintaining an efficient workflow.
Optimize videos for different platforms and ensure timely delivery.
Suggest
creative concepts, hooks, and storytelling ideas
for new campaigns.
Requirements
Proven experience as a
Video Editor
(portfolio / reel required).
Proficiency in software such as
Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve
(or similar).
Strong sense of
storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics .
Knowledge of
social media formats and digital marketing video styles .
Ability to work under deadlines in a
fast-paced startup environment .
Creative mindset with attention to detail and trend awareness.
Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus.
