Experience - 2 to 3 years

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze website performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversion) and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Develop and execute A / B and multivariate tests to improve conversion rates and lead quality.
• Collaborate with the marketing, design, and product teams to enhance UX, landing page design, and user flows.
• Leverage tools like  Google Analytics 4, Hotjar, Google Optimize / VWO, and Tag Manager  to gather insights and track performance.
• Work closely with the SEO and paid media teams to align CRO strategies with acquisition goals.
• Implement  AI-driven personalization and behavioral targeting  to deliver customized user experiences.
• Present data-backed recommendations to improve website performance and ROI.
• Stay up to date with the latest CRO, UX, and digital marketing trends for 2025 and beyond.
