Product Engineer - nCino

We're looking for a skilled and experienced nCino Product Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in product engineering, with a minimum of three years of hands-on experience working directly with the nCino Loan Origination System (LOS).

You'll be responsible for the full product lifecycle, from design and development to deployment and support, focusing on delivering effective, high-quality solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and Development : Implement and support the nCino Loan Origination System, including configuration, administration, and integration.
• Workflow Management : Develop, maintain, and enhance workflows within the nCino platform to optimize loan origination processes.
• Technical Troubleshooting : Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, including metadata dependencies and merge conflicts.
• Collaboration : Partner with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and QA, to ensure smooth and reliable deployments.
• Data Management : Oversee data migration and ensure seamless data flow between nCino and other banking systems.
• Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing : Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and help mentor junior team members.
• Continuous Improvement : Proactively identify and address technical debt and opportunities for process improvements.
