Job description

Location : Indore

Reporting to : CEO

Experience : 2+ years

Salary Range : ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 / month

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as primary point of contact for the CEO : manage calendar, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, logistics.
  • Screen calls, emails, and correspondence, prioritize and respond or escalate as needed.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, briefings, presentations, and reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners on behalf of CEO.
  • Assist in research, data gathering, and follow-up for strategic initiatives.
  • Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Track and ensure deadlines are met, follow-ups are executed.
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments, events, coordination, and office administration tasks as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, or a relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital tools.
  • Comfortable liaising with senior leaders and external partners.
  • Desirable

  • Experience in a tech startup or agile environment.
  • Exposure to project management, CRM / tools knowledge.
  • Understanding of business operations, metrics, and reporting.
