Job description

Responsibilities

  • Handle and coordinate active calendars
  • Schedule and confirm meetings
  • Ensure file organization based on office protocol
  • Provide ad hoc support around the office as needed
  • Manage electronic devices, including optimizing performance and backups.
  • Handle email accounts, calendars, and digital communication platforms.
  • Coordinate with IT support for resolving technical issues.
  • Ensure digital assets are organized and securely stored.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning.
  • Assist with project planning, scheduling, and tracking progress.
  • Coordinate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Prepare professional presentations and detailed reports.
  • Assist with video editing, post-production, and digital asset management.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers and other creative professionals.

Skills and Qualifications :

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and digital platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Discretion and a high level of confidentiality.
  • A valid driver’s license (preferred).
  • Additional Preferences :

  • Prior experience in personal assistance, administrative roles, or concierge services.
  • Strong technical skills, including device management and familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Interest in lifestyle, fashion, and travel.
  • Job Location : -Salisbury Park
  • Salary-25 k to 35k
  • Languages known : English and Hindi (verbal and written)
  • Shift Timing : 12pm to 8 pm
  • Job Type : Full-time
  • Must have a laptop and a proper wi-fi connection.
