Key Responsibilities :
- Provide operational support for IAM services including incident management and support requests resolution related to access, directory, and authentication technologies.
- Own and manage the support queue, ensuring timely resolution of tickets, identification of recurring issues, and root cause analysis.
- Recommend and implement process improvements and system changes to reduce workload and optimize team efficiency.
- Execute automation initiatives and small projects aimed at enhancing IAM service reliability and performance.
- Participate in a 24x5 team rotation schedule, with planned off-shift work for project maintenance windows as required.
- Collaborate effectively within a global, cross-functional team supporting Eurofins' information security policies and compliance requirements.
- Maintain hands-on technical expertise and deep understanding of IAM technologies to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
