Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager – Catering Sales located in Bengaluru. The Assistant Manager – Catering Sales will be responsible for handling catering sales, planning and executing events, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires liaising with clients to understand their needs, coordinating with the kitchen and service staff, overseeing the setup and breakdown of events, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in Catering Sales and Event Planning
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
