About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced

Project Director

to lead the execution of large-scale, high-tech and industrial facility projects. The Project Director will oversee all aspects of project delivery, ensuring schedules, budgets, quality, and safety standards are met while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage the

full lifecycle of construction projects , including pre-construction, procurement, construction, and closeout phases.

Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, maintaining clear communication and ensuring expectations are met or exceeded.

Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered

on-time and within budget .

Develop and implement

strategic project plans

and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

Direct, mentor, and manage

project management teams, engineers, and contractors .

Ensure compliance with

safety, quality, and regulatory standards

across all project sites.

Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal leadership.

Manage risk assessment, mitigation plans, and resolution of project-related issues.

Drive continuous improvement in

project delivery processes

and reporting practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in

In any stream, Construction Management, or related field ; Master’s preferred.

20+ years

of experience in large-scale construction projects, preferably in

semiconductor, high-tech, or industrial sectors .

Proven experience managing projects with budgets exceeding

$100M+ .

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams.

Excellent

communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills .

Deep knowledge of

construction methodologies, contracts, procurement, and safety regulations .

Proficiency in

project management software / tools

(Primavera, MS Project, Procore, etc.).

Ability to travel to project sites and work in fast-paced, high-demand environments.
