Talent Acquisition Specialist : -
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company's staffing needs. Key responsibilities include :
- Coordinating with stakeholders to identify staffing requirements and selection criteria
- Sourcing qualified candidates through online channels, job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Creating compelling job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements of each role
- Forecasting hiring needs and developing sourcing strategies to meet the company's growth objectives
- Maintaining detailed records of the recruitment process, including interview notes and hiring decisions
