Job Title : Service desk Agent
Location -Banglore / Noida
Experience required : 3 to 8
Required Technical Skill Set
Excellent Communication skills. Basic PC and peripheral Hardware troubleshooting(Including Printer & scanning devices)
Primary Skills
- Excellent Communication skills both written & Verbal
- Basic PC and peripheral Hardware troubleshooting (including print & scanning devices)
- Basic networking and Troubleshooting, LAN, WAN, Wireless, VPN knowledge
- Troubleshooting E-mails ( Outlook / Teams)
- Escalates unresolved Incidents / requests to the proper tier 2 and 3 support team.
- Exposure to ITIL processes
- Mandate to work in 24x7.
- Co-ordination with multiple stake holders (including MIM)
- Create the Standard Operating Procedure and update the knowledge database documentation whenever required
- Need to have automation mindset and exposure to AI tools and concepts
Secondary Skills
Good understanding of Incident, Asset, Problem and Change Management (ITIL)Note- Do not apply Freshers. and EX TCSers.
