Job description

Role : Monetization Ops Associate

Location : Mumbai, Work from office (5 days)

What You’ll Do

Manage End-to-End Targeted Marketing Campaigns

  • Own the development and execution of marketing campaigns across Push, SMS, WhatsApp, and other owned channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft compelling content and messaging tailored to specific customer segments.
  • Support the design and execution of A / B tests to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize performance.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improving campaign outcomes.

Performance Reporting and Analysis

  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across campaigns.
  • Create detailed reports to evaluate campaign impact and ROI.
  • Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for future campaign improvements.

    • Content Development

  • Conceptualize and develop innovative and engaging content ideas for marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure all content aligns with audience preferences, brand tone, and campaign objectives.

    • Marketing Tech Enablement

  • Work hands-on with campaign management and ad-serving platforms such as Moloco, Osmos, Citrus Ads, or similar SaaS marketing tools.
  • Leverage analytics platforms like CleverTap and Mixpanel for campaign optimization and performance tracking.

    • Who Should Apply

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, campaign execution, and performance measurement.
  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel, SQL, and familiarity with marketing analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
