Job descriptionConduct structured outbound / inbound calls to potential customers in the Australian market. Educate customers about energy-efficient HVAC and solar solutions under rebate programs. Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions that align with compliance guidelines. Achieve monthly targets through consistent follow-ups and professional communication. Maintain accurate lead and sales data in CRM systems. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless lead flow and customer satisfaction. 8–12 months of experience in international voice / sales processes preferred (freshers with strong communication skills may apply). Strong English communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence in handling outbound calls and closing deals. Target-oriented mindset with attention to detail and professionalism. Comfortable working from the office in a fixed day-shift schedule. As a Sales Executive, you’ll be part of our international campaign representing Saving Energy Australia — guiding customers toward energy-efficient HVAC and solar solutions.
This is a voice-based sales role focused on structured, meaningful conversations — no fieldwork, no cold chaos. Just clear communication, real growth, and tangible impact.
