Role Overview
We’re looking for a Brand Marketing Director to lead the strategy, positioning, and marketing communications for Techmagnate. This is a senior strategic role responsible for building the Techmagnate brand, driving awareness, and strengthening its reputation in India and global markets.
You’ll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to define the brand story, manage campaigns, and position Techmagnate as a top-tier digital marketing partner.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Develop and own the overall brand strategy — defining voice, tone, visual identity, and market positioning.
- Strengthen Techmagnate’s brand equity across owned, earned, and paid channels.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and audience research to refine positioning.
2. Marketing Communications
Oversee content, PR, events, and digital marketing efforts aimed at brand awareness.Develop and execute integrated campaigns (digital, social, events, media, etc.) to promote thought leadership and service capabilities.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all external communication reflects the brand’s voice and values.3. Thought Leadership & PR
Build Techmagnate’s visibility through media partnerships, award submissions, industry reports, and executive profiling.Manage PR agencies and relationships with journalists and publications.Drive content-led campaigns highlighting success stories, innovations, and client impact.4. Performance & Measurement
Define KPIs for brand marketing efforts — awareness, engagement, share of voice, and lead contribution.Use analytics and reporting to measure and optimize campaign performance.5. Leadership & Collaboration
Lead and mentor a marketing team including content, design, PR, and social media professionals.Work cross-functionally with sales, delivery, and HR to ensure brand consistency across touchpoints (e.g., employer branding, client communications, recruitment marketing).Brand Marketing Operations

10–15 years of experience in brand marketing, corporate communications, or integrated marketing roles.Experience in digital marketing, advertising, or technology sectors preferred.Proven track record of managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and building brand equity.Strong storytelling, creative, and analytical skills.Excellent leadership and communication abilities.Must-Have Skills
