Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Presales Head to join our team. The ideal candidate must have at least 16-22 years of experience in the Indian job market and should possess excellent communication and leadership skills. The Presales Head will be responsible for leading a team of presales professionals, developing and implementing presales strategies, and working closely with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of presales professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure the achievement of sales targets
- Develop and implement presales strategies to increase revenue growth and market share
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to understand customer needs and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services
- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure that products meet customer needs and are aligned with market trends
- Manage the presales process, including responding to RFPs and RFIs and conducting product demonstrations
- Provide training and mentorship to team members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
- Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to build trust and credibility
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field16-22 years of experience in presales, sales, or business developmentProven track record of success in leading presales teams and driving revenue growthExcellent communication and leadership skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentKnowledge of market trends and customer needsExperience in the technology industry is preferredSkills Required
