CTC Range : 35 LPA to 45 LPA

About the Role :

The Portfolio Presales Lead is a senior leadership role that oversees a portfolio of practices, guiding the presales strategy across multiple teams. This role is designed for an experienced professional who will manage multiple Presales Consultants , ensuring alignment between the business goals, client needs, and the solutions we provide. As the Portfolio Presales Lead, you will be responsible for driving the overall presales strategy for a set of practices or a single portfolio, ensuring that each team is well-equipped to deliver outstanding, AI-driven solutions. You will play a crucial role in shaping the presales approach, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring that outcome-based pricing models and AI solutions are integrated into all proposals. Your leadership will set the tone for how the entire portfolio approaches the presales cycle, from strategy to execution.

Educational Qualifications :

• MBA (Master of Business Administration) with a focus on strategy, technology management, or related fields.

You will drive the presales strategy for the entire portfolio, manage a team of Presales Leads, and ensure that their teams are effectively meeting client needs and business objectives. You will also be responsible for optimizing presales processes, developing high-level strategies, and ensuring AI tools and outcome-based pricing constructs are incorporated across all presales engagements.
