We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we attract and hire the right talent aligned with the organization's needs and culture.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle the entire recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and define hiring needs.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
- Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, trackers, and reports.
- Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and pre-joining engagement.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline development.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (experience in [insert domain, e.g., tech / sales / operations] hiring preferred).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Excel, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.).Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and deliver within timelines.High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.What We Offer :
