Overview

We are looking for a hands-on DevOps Engineer to join our fast-growing fintech team. The ideal candidate will be deeply experienced in building secure, scalable, and reliable systems while supporting the rapid delivery of financial services

applications. You will work at the intersection of development, operations, and security—helping us deliver cutting-edge fintech solutions that are compliant, resilient, and user-focused.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage CI / CD pipelines to enable fast and reliable releases for financial applications.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment processes using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
• Manage cloud-based and hybrid infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP), ensuring compliance with fintech security standards.
• Deploy, monitor, and scale containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Set up and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch) for high availability.
• Work closely with development teams to improve application performance, security, and reliability.
• Implement DevSecOps practices, ensuring regulatory compliance (PCI-DSS, GDPR, SOC2).
• Troubleshoot production issues and lead root cause analysis to enhance system resilience.
• Optimize infrastructure costs while maintaining security and performance.
• Champion automation and continuous improvement across engineering teams.
