Position Overview : We are looking for a
Network Engineer (Level 2)
must proficient in
English
to provide end-user IT support for our client in Navi Mumbai. The candidate will handle technical incidents and service requests via phone, chat, and email while maintaining high-quality customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide first-level technical support for Windows, O365, VPN, and network-related issues.
Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails through ITSM tools (ServiceNow / Remedy).
Manage user accounts in Active Directory and Office 365.
Troubleshoot hardware, printers, and peripheral issues.
Escalate complex issues to higher-level resolver teams as needed.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely ticket resolution.
Support queue management and incident coordination during MIM situations.
Required Skills :
L1-L2 Technical Support / IT Helpdesk
Windows OS and Citrix troubleshooting
VPN & Network basics (LAN / WAN, IP, DNS)
Active Directory & Office 365 administration
Hardware and peripheral support
ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.)
Excellent communication skills in
English
Customer-first attitude and strong problem-solving skills
