Role & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of scalable applications.
• Provide hands-on coding expertise in Java and Python .
• Build robust, scalable, and secure systems with a focus on innovation and speed.
• Collaborate with founders and cross-functional teams to shape product roadmap and strategy.
• Mentor and guide the engineering team, fostering a culture of ownership and agility.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive quick, effective resolutions.
• Establish engineering best practices, CI / CD pipelines, and cloud-native development.
