About The Role

• Rubrik is seeking an experienced and motivated AI Program Manager to join our IT organization. In this role, you'll define strategy, plan, oversee execution, and govern AI initiatives across the IT organization. You will closely partner with every business function in Rubrik—including Sales & Marketing, Customer Support, Finance, HR, and Legal—as well as Engineering, Product, Information Security, and Procurement to derive maximum value and successfully deliver impactful AI solutions.
• We are looking for someone who possesses a strong understanding of AI technology and can effectively leverage business acumen to translate organizational objectives into impactful AI-driven projects. You will need a foundational knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and full-stack technology solutions, enabling you to collaborate effectively with full-stack engineers, cloud architects, prompt engineers, and data teams. Exceptional organizational, project-management, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
